Whether you have back stiffness, occasional pain, or chronic pain; or you want to have a stronger and more flexible back, come and experience an innovative Transformational Movement Lesson to wake up your brain and create new neural patterns that increase strength, flexibility, and vitality.

Taught by Sean Williams, the lesson is based on the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement, and can help you:

Lying or sitting on mats and occasionally using a chair or standing, Sean will guide you through a specific series of gentle and slow movements in these lessons that were masterfully crafted by the late Moshe Feldenkrais.

As you move slowly with attention and explore variations you will discover and build on new pathways for easier movement and improve your capacity for coping with changes and challenges. The whole system adjusts accordingly, and people frequently experience greater calmness, stillness and organisation of their mind and emotions, alongside greater ease, strength and flexibility of movement.

With limited places in person and online, classes will be small and intimate with plenty of personal attention. Live online audio connection is via Zoom. All participants receive a recording of the session that can be used at home.

Sessions are every 2 weeks and can stand alone or form a series. £9 per session or £30 for 4 sessions (9th & 23rd September, 7th & 21st October)
